Village Coffee & Goods expanded their business in 2021 to open a sister store- Village Grocery & Refillery, in the Midtown District of Kingston NY.
The owners wanted a mural designing for the front of the store, I collaborated with them to design an impactful graphic artwork that would transform the exterior of the previously awkward and plain building, into a vibrant geometric mural that celebrated the lines & shadows of the facade.
We executed the painting of the piece ourselves in under two weeks.
After developing the mural, we carried the concept through to their signature line of house made granola. The 3 flavors are represented by the color palette in each label.
Additionally I updated the logo with a new serif font, and created a baseline identity for the stores using color to distinguish between the two. Blue representing their original coffee shop, and orange for the new Grocery business.
This was carried through to the coffee cup design.
